Game Recap: 04.26.10 Giants 5 Phillies 1

Look, it’s 1 AM and I have to be at work in seven hours for a 12-hour shift, so I’m going to keep this short.

You’re a smart group.  You can figure it out from this, right?

  1. That photograph of Roy makes me… want to take him to the Zoo? Or give him a hug. Or cry for him. ]=

  2. The pitching stats are intriguing. Halladay took the loss, yet went 2 more innings and threw less pitches doing it. Not to mention threw more strikes and didn’t walk anyone. Even when he’s “bad” he’s good. The Giants seem to have him figured out, though had the Phils’ offense produced with RISP, it wouldn’t have mattered. Frustrating, but we’ll get ‘em tomorrow with Wellemeyer on the mound. 😉

    • This is exactly what I was hoping would happen: thanks for writing the recap for me lol
